Terms of Service

By accessing or using ProtoHQ you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. During the pre-production period, access is granted on a voluntary basis and no contractual relationship is implied beyond what is stated here.

ProtoHQ is a multi-tenant control plane for Web3 protocol management. It allows teams to register smart-contract addresses, manage project memberships, configure on-chain event monitoring, and review audit logs — all from a single workspace.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. ProtoHQ will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.

You agree not to use ProtoHQ to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Register contract addresses or project data you do not have the right to manage.
• Interfere with the integrity or availability of the platform for other users.

The ProtoHQ platform — including its code, design, trademarks, and documentation — is owned by or licensed to Dashone. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of ProtoHQ intellectual property.

You retain all rights to the data you bring to ProtoHQ (contract addresses, project configurations, project data). By using the platform you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

ProtoHQ is provided “as is” during the pre-production period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashone disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ProtoHQ at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dashone operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
