Frequently asked questions
How do I create a project?
After signing in, go to your dashboard and click "New project". You will be asked for a project name and a URL-safe slug. Once created, you become the owner and can invite team members.
How do I add a smart contract to a project?
Open a project, navigate to the Contracts tab, and click "Add contract". Provide the contract address and select the network (chain). ProtoHQ will validate the address format and begin on-chain verification asynchronously.
Who can invite members to a project?
Project owners and admins can send invitations from the Members settings page. Invitees receive an email with a secure link that expires after a set period.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in page click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. If an account exists, you will receive a reset link valid for one hour.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Account → Profile and use the account deletion option at the bottom of the page. All personal data will be removed from production systems within 30 days.
What blockchains does ProtoHQ support?
ProtoHQ supports all EVM-compatible networks including Ethereum Mainnet, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and testnets. The full list is available in the contract registration form.
